Here at Debt Line you’ll work with people who really need your help getting back in control with their finances, so your patient and understanding nature will make sure you’re delivering the BEST service at all times. Your communication skills will also get a great work out, as you negotiate with creditors on behalf of your clients, making sure that your clients are at the heart of every decision you make.
Don’t worry if you don’t understand the ins and outs of the financial industry, we’ll take care of that - we offer industry-leading training to make sure you really know your stuff and your are a great consultant! .
All we ask is that you have experience working with customers and you really want to make a difference.
We are looking for someone with excellent verbal communication skills, who is highly motivated, performs well under pressure and is target driven.
NB:Experience in Sales, Customer Service and the Call Centre environment is preferred

This is a weekly paid, full time position working Monday to Friday 41.25 hours per week and alternate Saturdays.
