Our client has many years of experience in handling a vast range of general commercial insurances for businesses, both large and small. An opportunity has now arisen for a Training Officer to join their team.
This role would suit a self motivated individual with experience in a training or teaching role looking to develop their career with a company offering excellent benefits.
As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training across the company, ensuring all staff are correctly trained and suitably equipped with the skills to perform their job.
You will be tasked with:
- Producing and implementing relevant induction, refresher and development training programmes
- Preparing, designing, developing and delivering new training courses and resources
- Maintaining the training library
- Attending and learning any external training courses
- Checking and assessing training materials against processes
To be considered for this position, you must have proven experience in a training or teaching role. Additionally, you must be an excellent communicator with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, including proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Although not essential, experience in a similar role, gained within a financial environment would be a distinct advantage to your application.
